A connector that brings conversations from five channels into Bitrix24 Open Channels: the manager replies right from the deal card, and the conversation history and the client stay in the CRM rather than on an employee's personal phone. It works through official APIs - we never ask for account passwords. A channel watchdog spots a dropped connection within minutes and fetches missed messages automatically.

A CRM for sports schools that grew out of the work of a basketball academy. The administrator handles enquiries from first contact to enrolment, issues memberships and takes payments; the coach marks attendance with a tap on a name and writes the session plan in a phone app; parents see the schedule, attendance and balance in their own account and pay by SBP. Telegram and MAX chats arrive in the CRM and show up in the client card. Each school gets its own instance: its own database, address and logo.

A Bitrix24 app that links card fields to each other: the choice in one list defines which values are available in another. It removes junk from the data and extra clicks for managers - the card shows only what fits the current deal. Installed in the portal as an app, it works in both cloud and on-premise Bitrix24.

Client conversations from live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and other channels are exported to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. Useful when a manager, a lawyer or a quality audit asks for the correspondence: filter by period, channel and source, and get one file instead of copying by hand from the portal.

When a deal is handed over to another manager, the client's Open Channel chat moves with it. The app adds five deal robots: transfer the dialogue to an employee, find out who is handling it, move it to another channel's queue, bring in a colleague and close the dialogue. Robots are placed on a pipeline stage or in a business process - no programmer needed. The app is published in the Bitrix24 Marketplace.

Book clients with doctors, stylists and specialists right in Bitrix24. The administrator books from the deal card and immediately sees who is free: time is picked to the minute, and if a slot is taken the app suggests the nearest free one. All bookings are collected in a shared journal by employee, and the employee gets an event in the Bitrix24 calendar. The visit status is linked to the deal stage. The app is published in the Bitrix24 Marketplace.

IT-Quantum's medical information system built on Bitrix24: the doctor's appointment and the patient's medical record live in one system with the CRM, bookings and patient messaging. In the deal the doctor opens the Appointment tab: complaints, history, examination, ICD-10 diagnosis, prescriptions, protocol templates and printing. The contact has a Medical record tab with the history of visits. Medical documents are sent to REMD, the register of electronic medical documents of Russia's EGISZ, through an operator connected to EGISZ, while patient data stays on the clinic's own server in on-premise Bitrix24. We are now preparing a pilot in a clinic.

A project that started at home: the IT-Quantum founder's little daughter wanted to press the keys of her dad's laptop, so we made a separate place for it. Every key press turns into a letter, an animal and a note of a children's song, while work windows stay untouched. The game runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. For Mac there is an app with a keyboard lock: system shortcuts are disabled, and you exit by holding Esc. Free, with no sign-up and no ads. The letters and songs are in Russian.
