For more than 12 years we have done one thing: helped companies bring order to their work with customers and inside the team. In that time we have tuned 37 systems, from a personal CRM for a surgeon to a portal for a telecom operator with a thousand employees.
We work remotely: the audit, launch and training all happen online. Eight companies stay with us on ongoing support, and we keep developing their systems.
When no ready-made tool exists, we build one. That is how our Bitrix24 Marketplace apps and the Qonnect messenger connector grew out of client tasks.
