Bitrix24 for clinics and medical centers
The whole clinic works in Bitrix24: patient scheduling, requests, financial and administrative accounting, marketing and management. Doctors are left with only the medical part — the visit in the familiar system 1C: Medical Center Management. The appointment is automatically passed from the CRM to the medical system: we developed this integration ourselves, there are no ready analogs on the market.
The founder of IT-Quantum managed a clinic for several years, so we design the system from the real processes of the registration desk, the call center and doctors, rather than just installing software.

The network Instagram accounts are brought into one window together with WhatsApp and telephony
How it works
Step 1 — Bitrix24
Scheduling and requests
A patient writes on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or calls — the request is recorded in the CRM, and the registration desk books the appointment right in Bitrix24.
Step 2 — integration
Handover to the medical system
The appointment automatically goes to 1C:UMC. An in-house IT-Quantum development: no reverse synchronization is needed, data is not lost or duplicated.
Step 3 — 1C:UMC
The doctor sees patients
Doctors work only in the familiar medical records and do not spend a minute on the CRM — that is why the rollout takes root instead of being sabotaged.
Step 4 — Bitrix24 again
Accounting and analytics
The fact of the visit and the payment are recorded by the registration desk in the CRM. Management sees the whole patient journey and every marketing ruble.
What hurts in a clinic — and how we solve it
Requests pour in from a dozen channels and get lost
Instagram (including several accounts), WhatsApp, Telegram, ProDoctorov, telephony and the website are brought into a single CRM window: every request is recorded, an owner is assigned, and the status is visible.
Doctors refuse to work in the CRM
And they should not. Doctors stay in 1C:UMC, where there is only the medical part of the visit. Everything else — scheduling, finance, management — is handled by the rest of the team in Bitrix24.
It is unclear which ads bring patients
End-to-end analytics: call tracking, request sources, conversion request → consultation → operation. You can see in figures what works and what wastes the budget.
The patient goes to think it over — and does not return
A funnel with automatic follow-up: reminders to the manager and the patient, repeated touches after the consultation, post-operative care by stages.
There is no common picture across the branch network
A structure by branch and line of business in a single system: management sees requests, appointments and finance across the whole network in real time.
There is simply no contact center as a system
We build from scratch: roles and queues, call distribution, scripts for handling requests and complaints, response-speed control. Plus automation of tickets, contracts and medical documents.

DANA Medical
A network of medical centers, 7+ branches
Bitrix24 as the single operating system of the network: a call center, 10+ Instagram accounts, WhatsApp, Telegram, ProDoctorov and telephony in one window. A one-of-a-kind integration with 1C:UMC, marketing and finance analytics across the whole network, separate structures for the Neurocenter and the Children ability center. The project architecture was highly rated by industry experts.
A plastic surgery clinic
Migration from YCLIENTS
The old system could not handle the flow: there was neither a contact center nor source analytics. We deployed Bitrix24 from scratch, set up a contact center and a registration desk, linked the CRM with 1C:UMC, and connected call tracking, messengers and social networks. For the first time management saw the funnel request → consultation → operation and real revenue figures.
IMC
A new clinic — infrastructure from scratch
The clinic launched in a modern way right away: Bitrix24 as the central system, integration with 1C:UMC, a contact center and a registration desk, auto-generation of tickets, contracts and medical documents, a loyalty and VIP-patient system, and a turnkey website integrated with the CRM.
Lekar medical center
One of the largest medical centers in the region
Deep fine-tuning of an existing Bitrix24 for a high-load contact center: request and complaint handling, telephony with call distribution, integration with the clinic mobile app, and analytics by handling speed and sources.
Frequent questions
Will we have to force doctors to work in the CRM?
No. This is the key principle of our architecture: the whole company works in Bitrix24, while doctors stay in the familiar 1C:UMC, where they handle only the medical part of the visit. That is exactly why the rollout takes root instead of being sabotaged.
How is your Bitrix24 and 1C:UMC integration different from ready-made modules?
There are no ready analogs on the market — this is an in-house IT-Quantum development. The architecture is one-way: the appointment is passed from the CRM to the medical system, and the fact of the visit and the payment are recorded by the registration desk in Bitrix24. The solution has been proven in three clinics of different sizes: from a network of 7+ branches to a clinic launched from scratch.
We already have Bitrix24, but it does not work as it should. Can you help?
Yes, this is a common situation. We start with an audit: we examine where patients and money are lost, then fine-tune the system. This is how we rebuilt the contact center of the Lekar medical center — one of the largest medical centers in the region.
Is the solution suitable for a small clinic or a cosmetology center?
Yes. The format is flexible: from a full CRM on a budget cloud plan to a network of branches with a custom integration and a contact center. The composition of the solution is defined during the audit — you pay only for what your processes need.
How does a rollout begin?
With a process audit of the clinic. We are analysts, not installers: first we examine the patient journey, the work of the registration desk and the call center, and the request sources — then we design the system and roll it out step by step, training the team.
