About the client
ARSI is a development company with many years of experience in the real-estate market of the Republic of Dagestan. Over the years the company has delivered a number of large-scale construction projects and continues to grow actively, expanding its portfolio and increasing sales volume.
The company runs active marketing, handles a large number of incoming requests from potential buyers and interacts with partners in the real-estate market, including agencies and private realtors.
To manage sales and communications the company uses the cloud version of Bitrix24.
Task
The company approached us to configure and develop its existing Bitrix24 system and to provide ongoing support for it.
Key project objectives:
-
01optimize sales department operations
-
02stabilize telephony and configure it properly
-
03structure the processing of customer inquiries
-
04build separate workflows for different departments
-
05ensure the many marketing and communication channels work properly
The challenge before implementation
Although the company was already using a CRM system, a number of processes in Bitrix24 needed optimization.
The main difficulties were:
• unstable phone channels;
• no clearly defined structure for processing requests;
• different processes overlapping within a single pipeline;
• difficulty tracking a large number of marketing inquiry sources;
• heavy load on the system during active advertising campaigns.
With the number of inquiries constantly growing, the company needed a flexible and reliable CRM system.
Solution
As part of the project, we carried out in-depth configuration of the cloud version of Bitrix24 and adapted the system to the company's actual business processes.
We reworked inquiry processing, optimized telephony and built a structure for collaboration between different departments within the CRM.
We also set up a system for handling the many marketing inquiry sources.
What we did
The project delivered the following solutions:
Sales process optimization
• reworked the structure for processing customer inquiries;
• set up the logic for moving deals through stages;
• introduced separate workflows for different types of inquiries.
Telephony setup
• carried out a comprehensive telephony setup;
• resolved call-handling stability issues;
• implemented correct routing of incoming inquiries.
Organizing the work of different departments
• built the sales department's workflow;
• introduced separate processes for handling financial matters;
• implemented a system for working with partners and real estate agencies.
Marketing channel integration
The CRM was set up to handle a large number of inquiry sources, including:
• various phone lines;
• advertising sources;
• online communication channels.
All channels are processed centrally within the CRM and are regularly optimized as part of ongoing system support.
Outcome
By optimizing Bitrix24, ARSI gained a more stable and structured sales management system.
Key project results:
• stabilized phone channels;
• streamlined processing of customer inquiries;
• separated the processes of different departments;
• improved control over marketing sources;
• created a flexible CRM system capable of adapting to the company's further growth.
Today Bitrix24 is the key tool for managing customer inquiries and internal processes, and the system continues to evolve as part of ongoing support.
