Buying and renewing licenses

Bitrix24 and 1C-Bitrix licenses through IT-Quantum cost the same as from the vendor: cloud Bitrix24 starts at 2,490 RUB per month for the whole company (Basic plan), or 1,990 RUB per month when paid annually. Plan selection is free within implementation packages; licenses are paid separately from our work.

How to choose a plan

A wrong plan is costly either way: a lower plan may lack a needed feature, a higher one means paying for unused tools. We start from your tasks: how many people work in the system, whether you need telephony, business processes, end-to-end analytics, how many pipelines and open channels.

For example, leads and quotes are available from the Standard plan, business processes and end-to-end analytics from Professional.

Cloud or on-premise

Cloud Bitrix24 suits most companies: no own server, automatic updates, monthly payment. The on-premise version runs on your server with an annual license: it is chosen when data must stay with you or deep code changes are needed. Corporate Portal for 50 users costs 159,000 RUB per year, for 100 users 229,000 RUB.

Pricing

Rate 3,500 RUB per hour. The final price is set after a short review of the task.
