About the client

Anna Klimakhina is a team and leadership development expert. She helps companies build a clear system for working with people: distribute tasks, prevent burnout and conflicts, and connect departments. She runs corporate trainings, team building and strategy sessions, and trains managers.

Her clients are business owners, managing directors, sales and HR directors. They need to understand within a minute how the expert can help their company - and to contact her just as quickly.

Task

Anna did not need a template business-card site, but a page she could send to a business owner or HR director so they immediately understand what problems she solves and how to invite her.

We gathered the materials ourselves: her brief, a voice message, posts from her Telegram channel and Instagram. Separate requirements: to run the site on her own and to receive requests straight in Telegram.

Before the project

Anna's experience was scattered across social media: cases, trainings and talks were mixed with personal posts. There was no single page to send to a potential client.

This created three problems:

• it was hard to quickly explain to a business how she can help;

• professional content got lost among personal posts;

• the only way to leave a request was a direct message.

Solution

We built the positioning from her own wording and designed the site around one metaphor: scattered people become a system. The first screen is a poster: the headline is split by an arch with her photo, the topics of her work surround it and are linked to it with lines, and the background is a constellation with her zodiac sign hidden in it. In the "Chaos to system" block, eight team problems assemble into a neat grid as you scroll, and in the motto "Train, can't fire" the visitor places the comma themselves.

The site runs on a custom admin panel without a database: Anna changes any text, adds and reorders blocks, uploads photos and drags the topics around the arch on a diagram. A version is saved before every change so it can be rolled back.

What was done

Design and content

• positioning and copy from the brief, voice message, Telegram channel and Instagram;

• a dark theme in the expert's signature wine color, a serif font pairing;

• a poster-style first screen, the constellation, "Chaos to system", an interactive motto, a large typographic footer;

• a mobile version with its own first-screen layout and a full-screen menu.

Admin panel and requests

• two-step sign-in: password and Telegram code, backup codes, password recovery;

• all section texts and blocks, photos, menu items, footer and search engine settings;

• a request form with spam protection and consent to data processing, a privacy policy page;

• requests are stored in the admin panel and delivered to Anna in Telegram instantly.

Technical foundation

• her own domain klimakhina.ru, hosting, SSL;

• robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical and a link preview card for messengers;

• the legally required Meta notice next to Instagram links;

• fonts hosted locally, without third-party services.

Outcome

Anna got a personal website that works as her business card for companies: klimakhina.ru.
